Job Description

We are working with a well-established Commercial HVAC company in Burlington, MA, known across the Northeast for quality workmanship and employee development. They are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join their growing team.

Location: Burlington, MA

Direct Hire

Pay: $40-60/hr DOE

Responsibilities:

  • Service, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment
  • Wire low-voltage systems and install refrigerant lines
  • Connect gas lines to heating equipment
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic components
  • Complete service reports
  • Mentor Apprentices and Helpers
  • Identify additional service opportunities

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years commercial HVAC experience
  • Ability to read blueprints, plans, and wiring diagrams
  • EPA Certification required
  • MA Sheet Metal & Refrigeration Licenses a plus
  • Valid driver's license with clean record
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work safely at heights
